Frequently Asked Questions

For digital illustration, I work exclusively with the Adobe suite, mainly Photoshop and Illustrator. I only use basic brushes: every texture and effect is handmade, without any custom brushes. My preferred device is the XP-Pen Artist Pro 16, an interactive display that lets me draw directly on the screen, which I personally prefer over standard graphics tablets.

For traditional art, I love working with Copic Markers and Chameleon Pens, as they allow me to create smooth gradients and precise, vibrant colors.

I find most of my ideas while browsing Pinterest, where I discover many different visual worlds that inspire me to create. I also follow a lot of artists on Instagram, and their illustrations motivate me tremendously. When I see their work, I often think, “Wow, I would love to draw that well someday!” and it pushes me to pick up my pencil or stylus and keep improving.

I have always been fascinated by Japanese animation, with works such as Neon Genesis Evangelion, Made in Abyss, and Violet Evergarden among my absolute favorites.

I also spend time on music by playing the piano, and I have been practicing figure skating for six years now.

I really enjoy card games too, such as Contrée and Poker.

As for video games, I love competitive games like League of Legends and Overwatch, but I also sometimes enjoy trying more narrative or contemplative games.

No, I am not a professional artist. Since I do not always have the most efficient methods, I often spend twice as much time on my drawings. My creations may have imperfections, but I always give my best and put my whole heart into every illustration.

I am also very perfectionist: I love focusing on details, and I believe this level of care can be a beautiful strength in illustration.
